Duties and Responsibilities of a Waitress
- Taking
orders and serving the customers with their respective dishes
- They
should know the complete menu by heart and should know what is the special
dish of the day
- Many
customers ask about the preparation of the dish, so waitress should know
the way the dish is prepared so she can tell the customers
- The
waitress should be attentive towards the customer
- If the
glass of water is empty or half drunken, the waitress should fill the
glass with water
- She
should greet the customers when they are being seated
- Age
verification of the customers who order alcoholic drinks
- Removing
the empty plates and the silverware, once the customers are done with the

- Bringing
